The Virtual Education Journal Team

ABOUT OUR NEW WEBSITE AND THE NEW VEJ

We have now received an ISSN number! As we move VEJ more mainstream, and create a new path to a more professional Journal.

We are updating the VEJ website and appended the new ISSN to each back issue to comply with ISSN requirements. At the same time we strive for a more professional site and publication. AN ISSN number is similar to an ISBD number for books. An ISSN number is for periodicals. We have authors that work in higher education  where publishing books and articles is often an expectation. Without an ISSN number many of those authors did not get credit within their institution for work the was not published in a refereed journal or a periodical the did not have an ISSN listing.
